Kim Frusciante is a former high school history teacher and school leader. With the exception of a brief interlude in Texas, she has been in New Orleans since 2002.

Duane E. Cruse Jr is a New Orleans native with two beautiful children. He currently works as the Career Technical Education Coordinator at George Washington Carver High School.
